All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.Like a bat in the night, we work swiftly, but with precision. Once processed, your goblets are carefully packaged and prepared for their dark journey to your crypt... err, doorstep.

🚚 Shipping Time & Methods

You should expect your package within 1-2 weeks of ordering. If it is late, please bare with us as we are probably experiencing lots of orders.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

💀 Lost or Damaged Goblets

If your chalice arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at sorvannaco@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work our magic (or logistics) to make it right.
